Position Summary
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by executing the care and safety of children in the Childcare Center, maintain schedule of activities, and supervision of children.
Essential Functions
- Supervises, maintains control, and monitors children’s play activities while ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment.
- Interacts with children playing games, creating crafts, and directing children in activities.
- Checks in and out guests, provides guest tours of the facility, and assists with information about Chinook Winds Casino Resort.
- Effectively supports leads, supervisors, and manager with duties to create a positive environment for the children in the center.
- Help in Food service for children.
- Stocks and handles materials and supplies.
- Performs light janitorial duties.
- Cooperates with all team members in matters of mutual concern.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards.
- Maintain a general knowledge of Chinook Winds Casino Resort’s events, promotions, and services.
- Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
- All other duties as assigned.

Experience
One year of childcare experience preferred.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Six months customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Basic computer experience.
Certificates & Licenses
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment.
Must obtain VIP Permit within 90 days of employment.
