Silverlake Waterpark is seeking friendly and organized individuals to join our team as Check-In Desk Attendants. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Check in members, register guests, and perform transactions using our point-of-sale system.
  • Provide guests with information about rules and attractions.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Ensure waivers are completed and verified for all visitors.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
