Requirements

Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a scheduling or coordinating role, preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or project management preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and office applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
