O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Core Systems Manager to work at our Administration Building. The Core Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, operation, and optimization of the core banking systems. This role ensures that all core banking applications and related technologies run efficiently, accurately, securely, and in alignment with business objectives. They lead a team, providing guidance and technical support for the maintenance and enhancement of the core banking infrastructure, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and support of core banking operations.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience. 

· Proven core banking system management with at least two to five years of financial institution experience. 

· Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Availability for On-Call status and some weekend work.

· Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to collaborate with team members and departments from across the organization.

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

· Knowledge of Symitar/Episys Quest software

· Knowledge of other JHA products is a plus (OpCon, Synergy, ImageCenter, etc.)

· Relevant IT or core banking systems certifications preferred.
