Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the hospitality industry. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Dayforce, or similar systems), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, tax laws, and employee benefits.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Certification in payroll management (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP).
