Job Overview Summary 

The Branch Coordinator II is a more experienced role, responsible for overseeing branch operations more independently, and taking on additional responsibilities within the security industry. This position requires in-depth industry knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision to ensure the branch's optimal performance and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):

  • Take charge of branch scheduling, ensure adequate staff coverage, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and problem resolution, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Independently maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Generate detailed reports on branch operations and performance metrics.
  • Monitor branch expenses, assist in budget planning, and ensure that financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Lead recruiting, training, and performance management efforts for branch employees. Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 staff.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What we Like about you:

  • A Sense of humor, creativity, and positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in a coordination or administrative role within the security industry, with leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Advanced communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and administrative software
  • Financial literacy for budget tracking and reporting
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset
  • Security industry certifications and supervisory training are advantageous.
  • Leadership ability, proactive problem-solver, and adaptable to complex situations.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $46,600-$87,900. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
