AMHC is excited to announce the availability of Direct Service Professional (DSP) positions at St. John Valley Associates in Madawaska. We are seeking dedicated individuals to work with adults who are developmentally and intellectually disabled. As a DSP, you will support individuals in integrating into the community, encouraging involvement in outside-the-home activities, and helping them build meaningful relationships.
We are looking for motivated, self-starting individuals who have a strong work ethic and a passion for connecting with people. DSPs will assist clients in pursuing their interests and fostering community involvement.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Collaborate with clients and providers to create individualized, service-focused plans.
- Provide respectful and compassionate services to support the individual's emotional, physical, and personal well-being.
- Demonstrate integrity by adhering to agency policies and procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.
- Uphold service excellence, ensuring individuals receive the care and attention they deserve.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transcription are required.
- DSP certification is preferred
- US Passport is preferred.
