Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides the Store Manager and subsequent teams with day-to-day support to ensure the client experience far exceeds expectations. This position will support the Ft.Myers & Naples stores. The work schedule is 5 days per week and may include weekend days.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for balancing and reconciling daily sales orders and /or delivery paperwork, for each location of responsibility
- Run, analyze, and work multiple reports for pricing, data collection and analysis, and auditing
- Run, analyze, and work multiple aspects of reporting, orders, invoicing, transfer initiation and verification, and inventory coding
- Utilize specialty software to generate service requests, exchange orders and parts orders, submit chargebacks and other processes as needed
- Support the daily functions for the store to include answering calls, clearing voicemail boxes, scanning & downloading data
- Customer service support to include customer contact for any of the following: payment options, refunds, and delivery
confirmation or service calls - Making bank deposits and reconciling petty cash
- Prepare for and participate in price changes and inventory cycles
- Identify issues on the sales floor and alert manager
- Assist with keeping the back-office and showroom area clean and organized
- Backup and train for other locations as needed
- Permanent or temporary duties as assigned
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1 + years of experience with orders, invoicing, and billing a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be organized, flexible, and detail oriented
- Experience with retail environment preferred
- Experience with working for multiple locations
