Nextworld builds a forward-thinking, no-code, cloud-based development and runtime platform with robust capabilities for enterprise applications.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, will lead our growth marketing team to drive company expansion by creating and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers, optimizing the entire customer lifecycle, and identifying scalable, repeatable methods for achieving sustainable business growth acquisition and development for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various growth marketing functions, to include performance marketing, events, social media marketing, partner marketing, and alliances
- Create and implement the growth marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic awareness activities, mid-term lead generation and attention, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement to effectively launch highly integrated marketing and sales plays to generate pipeline
- Use data and analytics for decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness, as well as create a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
- Ensure consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand
- Monitor and report on growth metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role at a high growth technology company and a solid track record of success
- Strong experience in campaign design, field and corporate marketing events, account-based marketing (ABM), Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation and the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
- Strong capabilities with CRM (e.g., HubSpot and 6sense), Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at building internal champions and teaming with multiple stakeholders
Starting Salary Range: $150,000 – $225,000 per year
About the Team:
We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. “EAP”) that is used by Nextworld’s customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.

Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
