POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations & EdDev Admin Assistant reports to the Vice President, Education and Development. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to both the Senior Operations and Education & Development Departments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring individual & team project timelines, coordinating department events, assisting with department initiatives & special projects as well as various reporting. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitor individual & team project timelines
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings
  • Assist and support the organization of up-to-date Culinary To-Serve and Recipe Cards
  • Assist and support the organization of up-to-date Operations SOPs
  • Tracking of Operations Liquor Cards, Alcohol Training and TRAC 
  • Responsible to ensure timely response to all group _eddev e-mail, phone calls, and voicemails 
  • Supports Learning Design & Program Development functions. 
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely updating of Ops Impact Calendar
  • Assisting with Department Initiatives and Special Projects

 Qualifications:

  • Functional Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) and/or Google Drive Applications (Docs-Sheets-Slides)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurants preferred 
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
Salary Description
$25.00-$27.00
