Position Summary: Combines various Marketing and Inside Sales responsibilities through the support of selling of all Kahler Automation products and services. Works closely with the Marketing Manager on projects by using multiple marketing vehicles. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support team members in completing daily tasks and projects and provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to assist in creating and executing campaigns and advertising plans.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support team decision-making.
- Gather and compile data to help evaluate the effectiveness of current projects or campaigns.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing materials, social media posts, blog content, and promotional materials.
- Assist in updating websites, digital content, and product listings.
- Take the initiative in learning new skills related to the industry and role.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance knowledge of Kahler products and gain hands-on experience.

Education/Experience: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or equivalent from four-year college or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software that includes PowerPoint, Word and Excel along with Adobe Creative Cloud tools that include inDesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively and clearly write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization.
