Position Summary

This position will operate screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality screen printing of custom designs onto T-shirts, maintain the printing process from setup to completion, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing the inventory. This is a part-time position with up to 25 hours per week and responsibility to provide support and coverage during special events. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare printing equipment and screens for production based on design specifications.
• Operate screen printing equipment, adjusting settings for different materials and designs. 
• Prepare inks and printing materials for printing. 
• Prepare and register manual screen press. 
• Clean screens and equipment to maintain quality.
• Maintain an electronic log of the inventory in the warehouse and assist with inventory count. 
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure they are accurate and complete.
• Assist with the warehouse operations and hospitality events.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are qualifications we are searching for: 

• Screen printing experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of printing techniques, equipment, and materials preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to do meticulous work producing high-quality production.
• Basic computer skills for managing print schedules and merchandise order tracking. 
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. 
• Comfort with working in a screen-printing environment that may involve exposure to inks and chemicals.
