Role Summary:
The Las Vegas City Marketing Manager will be a key member of José Andrés Group’s growing marketing team, driving awareness, engagement, and traffic to our restaurants and lounges by fostering relationships with tastemakers, influencers, local business partners, concierge teams and more. Working across the Las Vegas market, this role will act as a brand ambassador for JAG and its concepts, ensuring that we are at the forefront of the local social and dining conversation and culture. This role combines relationship building, event curation, marketing strategy, and brand collaboration, making it an integral part of JAG’s mission to build community around our restaurants and deliver unparalleled guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring, cultivate and maintain relationships with local tastemakers, influencers, concierge teams, and businesses to bring the right collaborations and audience to our restaurants.
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong connections within the city’s business and lifestyle communities, identifying opportunities for marketing partnerships and event sales in addition to ongoing restaurant traffic.
- Collaborate with onsite Operations and Events teams to plan, curate, and execute tentpole events, brand partnerships, and special programming at our restaurants and event spaces, ensuring strong throughline to brand positioning and strategy.
- Act as an on-site host for key events, leveraging as lead generation opportunities and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Work with media and influencers during on-property visits, acting as point of contact to facilitate future visits.
- Ensure all on-site marketing initiatives align with the voice and goals of each brand, maintaining consistency across all activations.
- Stay attuned to city-specific trends, events, and opportunities that align with both brands and target audiences.
- Identify and attend key community events, acting as a brand ambassador and championing our unique positioning in the local market.
- Share audience insights with the broader marketing teams to inform campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in executing localized marketing efforts, including promotions, partnerships, and content initiatives, to drive awareness and revenue.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality marketing, public relations, or event management.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with the greater Las Vegas market and lifestyle scene, including key players, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Experience with event planning and execution, including on-site coordination.
- Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Familiarity with content capture and social media best practices.
