Description

The IT Support Analyst will:

  • Provide technical support to hospital staff, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and services. 
  • Be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT infrastructure to support patient care and hospital operations.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in information technology or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant healthcare IT certifications. (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage high-pressure situations efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to supporting hospital staff and patients through reliable IT services.
  • Ability to remain adaptable and responsive to the evolving technological needs of the hospital.
