General Description:
The Production Media Technician is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and implementation of Crossroads’ visual media systems and recorded media across all church venues. This role includes supporting live production, overseeing media archives, assisting with video production, and leading volunteer teams through recruiting, training, and scheduling.
This is a full time position.
Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
1. Prepare and operate (or oversee the operation of) visual media systems for all weekend, mid-week, and weekend-related worship services and special events.
2. Recruit, train and schedule volunteers for computer graphics systems across campus, as well as empowering team members to reach a higher level of ability and leading team members in discipleship as a follower of Christ.
3. Maintain troubleshoot, repair, and update CG equipment and software across all church venues, including the Worship Center, Packing House, Backyard, Fellowship Hall, The Londen Institute, Kids Ministry Facilities and Crossroads School.
4. Manage churchwide media archives by downloading, uploading, and organizing files for storage, podcasts, and distribution.
5. Develop and implement repeatable systems to ensure excellence in visual media operations.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Production Director.

· Removes and installs components to repair the vehicle
· Operates basic workshop equipment correctly (trolley jack, body jack, oil change machine, air compressor, auto-gear oil changer machine, brake fluid changer and others)

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds of weight.
