Key Responsibilities:
Configuration Management Support:
- Oversee and manage the configuration control process for project documentation and deliverables.
- Ensure that all configurations are tracked, identified, and managed in accordance with company and project requirements.
- Perform light editing of technical documents, reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in language and formatting.
- Assist in preparing and revising documents, including but not limited to manuals, guides, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of configuration-controlled documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary close-out procedures are followed, including the final review, documentation submission, and version control.
- Format documents according to company standards, ensuring consistency and professional presentation.
- Apply watermarking to documents when required to indicate confidentiality or document status.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of configuration-controlled documents, including revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Provide regular status reports to management on document preparation, delivery, and close-out activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth document flow and accurate configuration control.
- Serve as a point of contact for all configuration management-related inquiries.
