About the Role
While reporting to Bio-One’s Vice President of Operations, the FBC role will be supporting franchisees, developing action plans, and reviewing progress of current mentoring. The FBC will work with franchisees assisting in training, best-practices and financial analysis. The objective of the FBC is to provide technical, operational and marketing guidance and support to Bio-One franchisees. This is to be done through support tools the company has developed, and by assisting them in recognizing the need to use and implement these tools in order for the franchisees to establish and maintain a successful level of business. This role requires up to 25% of time traveling, 4 days per week working at our Springville office, with 1 remote day.
- Maintain regular contact with franchisees through site visits, weekly telephone contact and monthly business reviews while documenting all correspondence in required business software.
- Keep franchisees motivated, focused and informed of key company changes.
- Assist in the facilitation of training to promote a successful launch for all franchisees.
- Respond to technical questions regarding the service provided and assist in problem resolution.
- Encourage the franchisees to stay focused on the financial aspects of the business to thoroughly understand their financial needs.
- Coordinate field training with company training resources.
- Coordinate regional workshops and assist with Conference planning.
- Assist in revising and improving training materials.
- Provide guidance to the franchisee in implementing marketing programs designed to profitably grow revenue.
- When required, work with the accounting and compliance department to assist with required documentation and certifications from franchisees.
- Provide the franchisee guidance in the implementation of estimating and business operating software.
- Perform other duties as required such as special projects or assignments to further assist with franchisee’s training and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in franchising, biohazard cleanup, or franchise training.
- Business-Savvy & Strategic – Able to analyze franchise performance and offer tailored, actionable recommendations to drive success.
- Data-Driven & Analytical – Comfortable using financial and operational data to guide decision-making and franchisee performance.
- A Strong Communicator – Skilled at building relationships, providing clear guidance, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Process-Oriented & Organized – Capable of developing structured workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring consistency across franchise operations.
- Financially Savvy – Proficient in reviewing financial reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping franchisees optimize profitability.
- A Problem-Solver – Able to think critically and troubleshoot challenges faced by franchise owners.
- Passionate About Training – Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and developing franchisees to reach their full potential.
- Tech-Savvy & Marketing-Minded – Comfortable with technology, business management software, and marketing strategies to help franchisees grow their business
