The Dynasty Corporate Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and engage key audiences, including prospective and existing clients, as well as internal stakeholders. - Integrated Social Media & Email Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive strategy that aligns social media and email marketing efforts to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions. Ensure messaging, visuals, and campaigns are effectively coordinated across both channels.
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Plan, write, and design compelling content for both social media and email marketing initiatives. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging while creating high-quality graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with Dynasty’s audience.
- Social Media Management: Oversee Dynasty’s presence across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and execute campaigns that support business objectives and drive audience engagement.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute targeted email campaigns, including audience segmentation, copywriting, template design, and automation workflows. Manage email communications for clients, internal teams, and prospects, ensuring tailored messaging for each audience. Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and professional engagement. Build relationships with our audience to foster brand loyalty and drive conversions.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics for both social media and email marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and report on results to internal stakeholders.
- Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates for social media and email marketing. Identify opportunities to enhance Dynasty’s digital marketing efforts through new tools, strategies, and creative approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on crafting engaging, on-brand messaging.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, to monitor and engage with social media communities in real-time and capitalize on peak engagement periods.
- Experience managing social media – editorial calendar, content creation, image design and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices, and quickly adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging, interact effectively with followers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
