The Post Press Inspection team plays a crucial role in the label production and order ful?llment process. This position is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with order picking and ful?llment, and operating label rewinders to prepare ?nished products for stocking and shipment. No prior experience or speci?c educational background is required—only a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn inventory management systems such as Ship Station and Finale.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Management: Stock newly produced items, ensure proper cataloging in the inventory system, and maintain accurate inventory counts.

Order Picking & Ful?llment: Retrieve items based on daily order sheets, verify accuracy, and deliver orders to the shipping associate for processing.

Quality Control & Issue Reporting: Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or cataloging issues to management for timely resolution.

Operation of Label Rewinders: Process printed labels using rewinders, ensuring labels are rolled onto cores according to speci?ed quantities and packaging requirements.

Stock Preparation: Place ?nished label rolls in staging areas for scanning and stocking, ensuring a smooth transition from production to inventory.

Process Improvement & Communication: Actively contribute to work?ow enhancements and maintain open communication with the shipping and production teams.

Requirements
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate inventory management systems (ShipStation, Finale). Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision and e?ciency. No prior experience required—training provided.
