As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the essential connection between customers and the sales team. You’ll manage event logistics, maintain sales materials, and support various sales initiatives to ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys managing details, collaborating across teams, and contributing to business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B & B2C events – Handle registration, booth fees and invoices, ordering COIs, gathering & shipping assets, and other event logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team – Use Asana to update sales materials and develop new items such as one-sheets, presentation decks, product images, and videos.
  • Maintain product pricing & spec sheets – Ensure updates are accurate and approved before distribution.
  • Keep sales presentations up to date – Manage and refine product PowerPoints to reflect the latest offerings.
  • Product data management – Set up new items and maintain existing images for Distribution Centers using platforms like Syndigo, IXONE, Range Me, and 1WorldSync.
  • Handle promotional & vendor setup forms – Complete and submit necessary documentation to support sales promotions and new vendor onboarding.
  • Support the outside sales team – Provide assistance, including sending samples and fulfilling requests.
  • Task & project management – Organize tasks, document requests, and track progress using Asana.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks & special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM and project management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • A strong sense of accountability and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
