O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Contact Center Representative I/II to work part-time at our Administration Building. This position assists members by phone and online conversation with account related concerns, inquiries, and questions. Performs basic and complex transactions, troubleshooting, and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Provides guidance and recommendations for products and services to promote the improvement of our members’ lives through financial well-being.
Our organization is deeply rooted in the communities that we serve. Teams volunteer at community events including parades, beer festivals, and music events.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Previous financial institution experience preferred.
- Previous Symitar experience preferred.
- Basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to set up members for electronic services.
- Ability to convey moderately complex technical issues to a nontechnical user.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in utilizing resources to research information and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in problem solving and critical thinking.
The Contact Center Representative position is open for either a Level I or Level II candidate. The determination of level is dependent on experience.
