Beatitudes Campus is calling you! We are a vibrant, non-profit life plan community with approximately 700 residents, and we are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Your Role: As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefron, you will serve as a resident advocate, offering support and guidance across various aspects of life planning, financial support and educational opportunities. Your work will primarily focus on Independent Living but may extend across our entire campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: create and distribute staffing schedules for all nursing and assisted living team members, including vacation and replacements and to ensure staffing levels approved by Director of Nursing and Director of Assisted Living.
• Applicant Tracking: maintain contact with all applicants for nursing and assisted living positions through the applicant cycle and assist in obtaining any new hire paperwork needed for HR.
• Superior Customer Service: maintain a high level of customer service with team members and applicants including responding timely to staffing needs, applicant questions, etc

Requirements

• Experience in staffing or recruitment coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Patience, positivity, and the ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues and future colleagues.
