We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our seasonal staff for our upcoming harvest packing season.  

Within the following application process, there are specific skills and work experience questions we’re requesting your response to, in order to review your skills and qualifications as they pertain to our upcoming seasonal employment opportunities. 

  General Summary of the physical working demands and working environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where there is exposure to noise, heat, cold, conveyor systems, moving packing equipment, and forklift traffic.
• Ability to maintain high levels of activity or productivity; operating with effectiveness, and work quality.
• Requires the use of personal protective equipment such as high visibility safety vests, gloves, eye protection, and hair nets.  
• Ability to work for prolonged periods standing in a single location or walking on different surfaces.
• Work in hot outdoor/indoor environments or cold storage environments.
• Requires constant pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and grasping materials or fruit.
• Requires going up and down stairs to reach certain workstations.
• High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Constant repetitive movement of hands, fingers, and wrists.
• Adequate color vision to distinguish printed or physical fruit shades/colors.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
