E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Qualification Training Scenario Developer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command. NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Scenario Developer Support for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Initial Qualification Training Division 
  • Provide first look and administrative support for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Initial Qualification Training Division 
  • Generate and modify Air and Missile training scenarios for simulation injection using Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control Systems (CCIC2S), Missile Warning Training Suite (MWTS), Joint Integrated Missile Defense Training System (JIMDTS), Battle Command System Fixed (BCS-F) and Remote Tactical Air Picture (RTAP). 
  • Provide a weekly activity report to supervisor communicating support activities for the week, anticipated support activities for the upcoming week and the status of the systems used 
  • Aid with start and stop duties to build non-real environments for multiple domains. Assist with system build activities, loading new software, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues 
  • Provide documentation of training system versus operation environments to the Government to review 
  • Provide support during class training and serve as an alternate point of contact when needed in the training suite. This includes manipulating data within scenarios to achieve realism. 
  • Document variances between the training system baseline and operation environments to include identification of variances that may affect user qualification or training 
  • Assist with end-of-day tasks to include opening and closing of a training suites. 
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • IAT Level II Certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) 
  • Experience with Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control Systems (CCIC2S) 
  • Experience with Joint Integrated Missile Defense Training System (JIMDTS) 
  • Utilization of electronics and network principles 
  • Experience with BCS-F and Remote Tactical Air Picture 
  • Experience in providing Administration Support activities.  
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience with Missile Warning Training Suite 
  • Experience in resolving problems within account privileges. 
  • Experience in providing first-look administrative support for business systems.
