Position Summary:
The West Coast Division Manager manages a team of sales reps selling Midlab cleaning solutions, developing sales strategies tailored to the manufacturing/distribution sector, building relationships with key accounts in the industry, and driving revenue growth by managing the performance of the sales team across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on selling Midlab products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify and target key accounts within the industry.
- Coach and mentor sales reps on product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Foster strong relationships with distributors ownership, upper management, and channel partners
- Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong follow up on sales activities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to travel regularly
