Position Summary:

The West Coast Division Manager manages a team of sales reps selling Midlab cleaning solutions, developing sales strategies tailored to the manufacturing/distribution sector, building relationships with key accounts in the industry, and driving revenue growth by managing the performance of the sales team across assigned territories.


Key Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on selling Midlab products. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals. 
  • Identify and target key accounts within the industry. 
  • Coach and mentor sales reps on product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques 
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers 
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors ownership, upper management, and channel partners 
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong follow up on sales activities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools 
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage complex sales cycles
  • Ability to travel regularly 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
