Site Supervisor
Description

The Site Supervisor is a full time in office position. Site Supervisor works with Sales Account Manager(s) to assist and support in-clinical, telephonic, or video patient education and administrative duties. The Site Supervisor works with Compliance Manager to ensure all required licenses and expectations are met for the NY office.


Key Responsibilities 

· Support the daily order flow within sales accounts.

· Schedule patient education sessions in a timely manner.

· Control and account for all product inventory.

· Conduct patient education sessions within a clinical setting/or remote instruction on the use of the prescribed RS Medical product. 

· Gather all patient documentation information accurately, efficiently, and promptly, and enter data into the RS Medical CRM system.

· Complete necessary paperwork in Salesforce in a timely manner.

· Respond to requests for information on submitted orders or documentation in a timely manner.

· Maintain and support effective and responsive communication with the Director of Sales Operations, Compliance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Field Support Supervisor, Regional Manager(s) and Account Manager(s) within RS Medical.

· Duties required for obtaining and maintaining required licenses for NY Board of Pharmacy, ACHC, Medicare and NY Medicaid. 

· Office administrative duties as needed. 

·  Coordinate with office vendors.

· Make sure all applicable policies and procedures are followed. 

· Manage and maintain events in accordance KPI’s and field requirements.

· Daily use of company information systems to support business activities.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience / Qualifications 

· Requires a minimum of at least 6 months experience in clinic, hospital, medical office setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

o VA, Worker’s Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience a plus

o U.S Veteran/Armed Forces Reserve a plus 

· Requires a minimum of two full years of education beyond high school.

· Requires a minimum of two full years of experience working with medical devices , manufacturing or wholesaling of drug products. 

· Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of other office equipment and electronic device e.g. copy, fax, printers, cell phones

· CRM experience preferred

· Highly organized, time efficient, self-motivated, determined with a desire to succeed. 

· Personable and dependable


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of electrotherapy, bracing products or other medical products is helpful.

· Solid knowledge of the Veterans Administration/Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Protection.


Physical Requirements

Requires frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting and repetitive motion of the hands/wrists, and good general vision and hearing. May also require occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping, and handling. Must be able to move and lift as much as 25 pounds of product and materials over short distances and height. May require working long or extended hours. May be exposed to patients with infectious diseases.
