Essential Functions:


Screen Room Staff - Rotate between the following stations:

  • Eco Rinse: Load, rinse, and dry screens; perform additional procedures for sample screens, organize and verify screens, then transfer to taping area while maintaining cleanliness
  • Ink Scrape Station: Inspect and group screens by color, match and scrape ink buckets, prepare screens for de-taping, document missing inks, and maintain organization and cleanliness
  • Squeegee Station: Use PPE, clean and dry tools, and maintain order by wiping down and organizing tools on the Z-Rack
  • Taping Station: Prioritize screens by request dates, inspect for defects, follow taping guidelines, complete tech sheets, and organize storage by flash or type
  • Reclaim Machine: Rotate between 3 stations of the reclaim machine, power washing and scrubbing screens
  • Meshing Station: Mesh screens as needed

Screen Print Staff:

  • Operator Assistant: Support screen print operator by preparing screens and tools, participating in initial inspection, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to address quality concerns and enhance efficiency
  • Final Inspector: Ensure product quality and timely delivery by following inspecting and tagging garments, and communicating with the screen print team

Embroidery Operator in Training:

  • Verify materials and work orders: Ensure accuracy of garments, fabric, hoops, thread, backing, Art Packet, and Work Order.
  • Transfer and prepare designs: Transfer art designs to the computer, thread bobbins and needles, and input correct color sequences using the Art Tech Sheet.
  • Set up machine programs: Use floppy disks or USB drives to retrieve Art Numbers and match color sequences.
  • Garment handling: Tag, hoop, un-hoop garments, and load them onto the machine.
  • Machine operation: Start and oversee the machine, make adjustments, and configure the laser.
  • Quality assurance: Inspect finished products, remove excess materials, and complete sew-outs for new designs.
  • Documentation and packaging: Fill out work orders accurately and box completed orders, verifying details.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proven steady work history
  • Comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures, with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check
  • GED or High School Diploma required

Hours:

  • Full-time position with occasional, voluntary overtime
  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay:

  • Starting at $16.00 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus
  • Pay rate may be higher based on relevant experience
  • Opportunities for merit increases after 60 days, 6 months, and annually thereafter based on performance
