Description
The Director of Finance for The DiMarco Group is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, tax strategy, and cash flow management for the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of complex tax returns, banking relationships, and financial operations to ensure the company maintains financial stability and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budget process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop a monthly reporting package, providing insights to ownership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Tax Strategy & Compliance: Manage and review complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws while optimizing tax strategies.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships to maintain financial stability.
- Banking & Financing: Maintain and manage relationships with financial institutions, credit facilities, and banking agreements.
- Internal Controls & Processes: Establish and oversee financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Provide recommendations on financial strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and investment opportunities to enhance profitability.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in finance leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate tax structures, compliance, and strategies for optimizing tax liabilities.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic financial plans.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Description
$90,000 - $200,000 dependent on experience
