We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing - Content & Branding to join our team. This leadership role will be crucial in driving the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, focusing on content development, brand management, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading marketing teams, developing data-driven strategies, and building operational processes that ensure efficiency and impact. Additionally, they must be comfortable and proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, process automation, and data analytics, as we continue to quickly evolve in this space.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high-level strategic leadership and operational oversight
- Spearhead the development and execution of content and branding strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Define and manage marketing cadences, establishing clear timelines and processes to maximize operational efficiency and content impact.
- Leverage AI technology including data analysis, content creation, marketing automation, machine learning, and natural language processing, utilizing these technologies to enhance and streamline marketing efforts.
- Strategically integrate AI driven solutions to streamline content creation, automate workflows, and enhance the user experience, staying ahead of trends and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
- Establish performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive reporting on outcomes, ROI, and ongoing optimization.
- Provide data-driven oversight to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with several teams, including Business Development, IT, and others, to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in content delivery.
- Build and manage the marketing content team, driving performance through clear expectations, mentorship, and operational excellence.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the marketing department to enhance efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Direct and develop content strategy and execution
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality marketing content, including long-form content (guides, white papers, articles), press materials, presentations, client case studies, and branded content.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content aligns with Nonstop’s branding guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Own editorial direction across all marketing assets, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with Nonstop’s objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage and update Nonstop’s internal branding guidelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-equipped to use branded templates, design elements, and other assets effectively.
- Develop and implement an ongoing strategy for leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation, automate workflows, and enhance the user experience.
- Demonstrate consistent operational leadership and efficiency
- Lead the development of marketing plans that support meeting or exceeding enrollment projections, with a focus on omnichannel execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, eliminating bottlenecks, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring that all content and campaigns are delivered on time.
- Develop and implement training programs for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective use of branded content, templates, and marketing tools across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management, content creation, and strategic leadership.
- Experience managing a budget
- Extensive experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with the ability to coach, guide, and empower professionals to drive results.
- Strong editorial skills with a background in business/technical writing and proofreading are required.
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and proficient with AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign management, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop is necessary.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus..
- The ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential.
- You should have advanced problem-resolution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You must be able to travel up to 20%, with occasional increases during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
