CIS is looking for employees to provide clinical assistance services for adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. Our programs assist individuals with financial stability, life skills development, employment, and decreased behavioral incidents. We train employees to ensure they learn the skills and knowledge required to succeed!
All new employees will learn the job thoroughly before performing duties unsupervised.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain accurate clinical records and back file documentation
- Collects, verifies, records, and maintains data on clinical activity
- Work closely with Program Managers, Medical Coordinator, and Clinical Team to assist with day- to-day tasks
- Oversee supply orders for office and clients
- Oversee annual first aid and fire extinguisher checks
- Assist with scheduling and setting up meetings
- Notify homes of upcoming client appointments
- Maintain updated records in Expiration Reminder and notify the team of upcoming requirements
- Other duties as assigned

$21.25 to $23.00 hourly to start depending on experience

· Must be highly organized, flexible, service oriented, and professional
· Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor, coach and teach
· Must be comfortable working with I/DD adults
Preferred experience
· Minimum of two years of experience working with office based computer programs
· Two plus years’ experience managing or oversight of multiple client records
