We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:
The Banquet Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet functions to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events.
  • Work closely with Sales, Catering, and Culinary teams to ensure event specifications are met.
  • Train, schedule, and lead banquet staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
  • Oversee the setup of banquet rooms according to event orders and guest expectations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering quality service and responding to feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage event logistics and proactively resolve any issues or changes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of banquet or event management experience in a hotel, conference center, or similar environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, audio/visual equipment, and food & beverage service standards.
