FOX 11/Telemundo is seeking a full-time Sales Assistants/Receptionist that is expected to support the sales team for both FOX 11 and our customers.
 

Responsibilities 

The Sales Assistants/Receptionist general responsibilities include the following tasks:
 

- Assist Salespeople with tools and proposals for clients 

- Assist the traffic department to make sure our commercials are running properly.

- Perform general office duties.
- Protect the company s value and integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
- Commit to and accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Lead, encourage and promote positive team member engagement; empower individuality while promoting productivity

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Be punctual.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Possess good basic math skills.
- Be teachable by being a good listener and willing to continually learn new skills.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Be able to set and accomplish goals.
- Be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Be able to work independently without direct supervision.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
