What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping customers select the best Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to meet their needs
- Assisting with both cash and insurance orders—don’t worry, we’ll help you master the red tape!
- Creating and managing patient accounts in our system (Bright Tree)
- Answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
- Processing intakes, following up on orders and ringing up purchases at the register
- Delivering excellent, friendly customer service every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience preferred, especially in customer service or healthcare
- No DME experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything!
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
