What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping customers select the best Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to meet their needs
• Assisting with both cash and insurance orders—don’t worry, we’ll help you master the red tape!
• Creating and managing patient accounts in our system (Bright Tree)
• Answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
• Processing intakes, following up on orders and ringing up purchases at the register
• Delivering excellent, friendly customer service every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience preferred, especially in customer service or healthcare
• No DME experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything!
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
