The Traveling Transition Support Associate is a critical member of the Transition Services Team at Dynasty Financial Partners. This full-time role involves extensive travel (up to 75%) within the U.S. to provide on-the-ground assistance and supplemental support to Transition Managers during advisor onboarding and transitions. Some onboarding projects may require consecutive weeks onsite, with commitments of 4-6 weeks at the same location for larger engagements. Occasional weekend work may also be required.
As a key representative of Dynasty, professionalism is essential, as this role will serve as the face of the company to advisors, resource partners, and other stakeholders. When not traveling, the role will assist with administrative, operational, and project-related tasks to ensure the team's efficiency and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel Support: Provide in-person assistance during advisor transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding and resolution of issues as they arise.
- Professional Representation: Exhibit a high degree of professionalism while acting as the face of Dynasty, building trust and confidence with advisors, resource partners, and internal teams.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with advisors, resource partners, and internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist Transition Managers with meeting scheduling, travel logistics, and preparation for client and vendor engagements.
- Technology and Data Support:
- Support the set-up and training of platforms used in the RIA space, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other industry tools.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize data for reports and special projects to aid decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Assist with refining workflows and administrative processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a resource for first-level technical and procedural questions from advisors and resource partners, escalating issues as needed.
- Ongoing Development: Participate in training to stay informed about industry trends, technology updates, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, customer service, or a related field.
- Exposure to project coordination or support roles is advantageous.
