· Ongoing professional development and continuing professional education.The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading a team, fostering development and positive client relationships while taking ownership of accounts and vertical-level finances. Successfully cultivate and strengthen cross-departmental relationships and contacts through collaboration, and effective communication. The Senior account manager will display strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills. The Senior Account Manager will lead and coach their team to accomplish optimal performance in a fast-paced high volume environment.
What YOU will do:
- Manage and lead a team of 2-5 direct reports
- Determining training needs and schedules
- Career pathing and developmental plans
- Review team performance against Service level agreements with improving scores, analyzing trends.
- Work order management
- Ensure work orders are completed each month are accurate and prepared for invoicing to assist in month end financing
- Analyze volume trends
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements
- Monitor and assist on escalated and or high visibility projects
- Reviewing Key performance indictors and implementing SOPs.
- Assist when required on execution of work orders
- Financials and Reporting
- Executive reporting
- Responsibility of account and assigned vertical-level finances
- Track financial performance
- Ensure adherence to billing terms and maximize profitability
- Client Management
- Develop positive client relationships, oversee client escalations, and run client calls and Quarterly Business Review.
- Support department initiatives
- Assist in work order and vendor partner negotiations
- Assist in monitoring and/or executing after-hours tasks on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Travel as required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with overlapping and/or conflicting due dates.
- Performs other duties as required by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
Previous management experience
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction a plus.
Technical Skills:
Experience with CMMS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
