Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a skilled XStore Lead/Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for making necessary modifications to our XStore retail system based on business needs, conducting testing, and assisting with deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills and a deep understanding of Oracle XStore. Experience with system administration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and enhance XStore functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
• Assist in deploying updates, patches, and custom configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XStore performance, functionality, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation of modifications, deployments, and troubleshooting processes.
• Work closely with IT and retail teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Oracle XStore development and customization.
• Strong programming skills in Java and XML.
• Experience with Oracle Retail applications and POS systems.
• Knowledge of system integration and API development.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in XStore administration and configuration
