QT9 Software is seeking a positive, passionate and experienced Video Content Developer to plan, create and edit video content on-site in a fun working environment! As Video Content Developer, you will be a member of the marketing team and work collaboratively across all parts of the organization to create a variety of videos that support corporate goals and brand objectives. The ideal candidate has experience with video production, creative storytelling and editing across various digital platforms. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Develop for social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
• Video Editing: Edit and find footage, create screen recordings of QT9 software, and add engaging special effects, animations and high-quality sound.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing team on creating videos that promote QT9 products, product training, customer case studies and branding. Proactively manage content.
• Storytelling: Use creative techniques and effective hooks to engage our audience.
• Research and Analytics: Stay up to date with keyword research, monitor video performance, analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Optimization: Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, considering best practices for video length, resolution, format, and audience engagement.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and videos are delivered on time.
• Drive Sales Leads: Encourage sales leads to take action by visiting our website, scheduling a demo, requesting a quote and/or starting QT9 software trial.
• Flexibility: Thrive in a continuously changing environment while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (BA or BS) or related on-the-job experience
• Minimum 2 years of video production and editing experience
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar
• Experience with video shooting and camera equipment
• Go-Getter who takes initiative to get things done
