FitLab is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at their distribution center. Responsibilities including, but not limited to, unloading, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal applicant must be dependable, hardworking, and attentive to detail.?
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Receives, sorts, and unloads all incoming mail, packages, and materials; compares the information on the packing slip with the purchase order to verify the accuracy of the shipment; may also process return shipments.
- Inspects shipments for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies the manager and/or purchasing staff.
- Sorts and organizes received products on shelves, bins, or container areas based on predetermined assignments.
- Ensures the warehouse is accessible, clean, organized, and safe.
- Assists with fulfilling customer orders; assembles and fills boxes with items to be shipped; prepares and prints shipping labels.
- Packs and prepares products for events and races.
- Helps with the counting of physical inventory
- Helps with loading and unloading trailers.
- Regularly transports inventory (up to 50 lbs.)
- Operates a dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift to load and unload supplies and equipment.
- Aids in the regular maintenance of equipment in the shipping area.
- Manages the inventory of warehouse supplies and places orders as needed.
- Provides support and assistance to team members on various projects.
- Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- This is a physically demanding role. This position requires the safe operation of a forklift, pallet jack, dolly, power tools, hand tools, and the ability to transport event equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and construct simple structures.
- This role must be able to communicate with co-workers in spaces with moderate to loud volume levels to complete essential functions.
- The role also requires the use of vision in various settings, including but not limited to close, distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision.

- Experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
