As a Customer Care Representative, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional service we take pride in. In this position, you'll assist customers with their banking needs, answer questions, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience at every interaction. Working in a supportive and friendly environment, you'll have the chance to grow professionally, contribute to building lasting customer relationships, and stay informed about our products and services through continuous learning. Whether you're helping with account inquiries or guiding customers through banking solutions, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, ensuring a smooth and positive banking experience.


At Lowry State Bank, we prioritize work-life balance. We offer ESST and paid summer holidays. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $16 to $18, based on experience.
