We are looking to hire a talented, hands-on senior full stack developer who is interested in working on Green Street’s web platform.  You will be working on an Agile team dedicated to building and improving this modern web platform that meshes together best-in-class research, news, and data into a customizable UI.

Responsibilities  

• Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new modules and applications for Green Street’s SaaS platform.  
• Maintain and enhance Green Street’s existing web applications.   
• Understand Green Street's business domains to make informed choices for solution development.  
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launch.  
• Lead architectural discussions and play a key role in architectural reviews and governance.  
• Drive a strong engineering culture of innovation and continuous improvement.  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior team members as needed.  

• 6-8 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment with strong focus on JavaScript 
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or React) 
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS 
• Experience writing unit tests 
• Proficiency with Git version control 
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API development 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with strong attention to detail 
• Passion for learning new web technologies and staying current with industry standards 

Nice-to-Haves  

• Experience with Nest.js framework for building scalable server-side applications 
• Experience with TypeScript 
• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework 
• Experience with Python 
• NodeJS microservice development experience

The current offer: 

• Hybrid working model - 2 days per week - home office, 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our office at Polygraphia Office Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
• Working hours – 11 am – 8 pm EEST ( 3 days/week for the first 6-12 months) – you need to work with our West Coast US tech team. 9 am - 6 pm (2 days/week)
