Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional member service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals. The Branch Manager is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of organizational strategic plans, as well as overseeing strategic sales for the assigned branch in order to generate loan growth and increase revenues. This position promotes and participates in direct sale of credit union products and services as well as developing membership growth through new and existing accounts. We are looking for someone who exhibits thorough knowledge of credit union products and services and displays exceptional cross selling and service skills.

Requirements

 This position is responsible for: 

  • Leads, mentors, trains, and motivates the branch team through individual and group coaching sessions to ensure the successful development and performance of all team members in areas of branch productivity, member service and retention.
  • Establishes and implements branch goals, standards, and expectations to meet and/or exceed branch profitability and growth goals.
  • Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups.
  • Analyzes and identifies member needs and effectively promotes and cross-sells products and services while ultimately achieving an acceptable level of production based on goals and objectives.Assist the Collections Department in resolving past due and charged off accounts for the branch.
  • Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.


 Qualifications:   

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Experience supervising or managing employees. 
  • Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or prior management experience preferred.


This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting annual pay of $73,000.00, depending on experience, education and qualifications.
