As a Data Analyst I, you will play a key role in understanding our business needs, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. This position is less about building tools and more about uncovering trends, refining workflows, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.


The Data Analyst I will work closely with key stakeholders and Leadership teams to transform data into meaningful insights. You will be the “go to” person for data needs. By combining strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and compelling insights, you will identify opportunities for improvement and guide strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize data models using multiple data sources (Databricks, SQL Server, Salesforce, MySQL, MariaDB)
  • Contribute to projects with a strong understanding of Python, SQL, Power Query, and virtual machines (VMs)
  • Partner with stakeholders to map business workflows, gather requirements, and define key metrics using JIRA and Confluence
  • Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to guide the business
  • Translate business needs into intuitive self-service analytics and reporting tools


Requirements

  

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience working in Analytics/Business Intelligence environment with prior experience of design and execution of analytical projects 
  • 2+ years of experience presenting insights and recommendations to Executive Leadership 
  • Expertise in data visualization, with proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL and data architecture
  • Strong skills in mapping workflows, gathering requirements, and defining business metrics
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling 

Preferred: 

  • Background in Data Analytics role along with a post-graduate degree or equivalent in a related field 
  • Background in healthcare or language services
