Server Captain
Description

  Job Duties:  Proactive member of the Service team in our high-performance setting. Duties include:

· Supervise and coordinate activities of service staff including Bartenders, Servers, Food Runners, and assistants; Focus on team education.

· Training, monitoring service levels, preparing menus.

· Coordinate staff schedules and conduct daily line-up.

· Place member orders, serve food and beverages, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

· Clean and clear tables and stock the bar as needed. 

· Assist with measures to improve work processes.

· Gain and use knowledge of vendor products and member demographics/preferences to assist with the wine and cocktail program.

· Assist in inventories of beverages and monthly inventories.

· Model superior team and customer service relationships, using strong communication skills, effective floor presence, sales ability, and lead by example; and Involves work on weekends and evenings and holidays.

Requirements

  Job Requirements:           

· Four (4) years of experience serving food or beverage at a high-end restaurant, hotel/resort, or private club.

  • One (1) year      of experience in inventory management and member billing
  • One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office
