Manage the sales territory identified by the Sales Director of PanAmerican Seed Co (PAS). Create information flow to support and expand sales of PanAmerican Seed Co products working with our distribution partners and focusing on key grower account support.

The primary responsibilities of the role are:
- Support all distributor sales reps to include Ball Seed Company and OD customers with the sale, use of and technical support for all PAS products.
- Develop plans and strategies for sales growth in the region, with input into forecast and budget.
- Actively promote and support the sale and use of PAS products with key growers, primarily suppliers of larger retail customers, grower councils, etc
- Represent PAS at marketing and trade events to include but not limited to; Spring Pack Trials, trade shows, field trials, advanced trial meetings and regional grower meetings. This includes preparing and delivering presentations to groups to promote PAS products.
- Coordinate sampling of new and existing varieties to growers and other influencers to demonstrate the performance attributes of PAS products.
- Provide industry intelligence back to the appropriate parties within PAS as well as providing information to breeders, product managers, demand manager, etc. on product specific information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural field and/or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the horticultural industry preferably in account management, sales, or related field.
- Ability to travel 50% of time both domestic and internationally.
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and demonstrated organization and follow-through skills.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $95,000 CND

- Ability to Lift/Carry 25 lbs 10% of the day

- Ability to kneel/bend 10% of the day
- Ability to reach 10% of the day
- Ability to climb/balance 10% of the day
- Ability to use hands/fingers 80% of the day
- Ability to work in hot and humid environmental conditions for up to 60% of the day.
