Adventure Tours is excited to share that our Richmond, VA location currently has fifteen (15) vacancies for Line Run Operators.  As a Line Run Operator, you will be responsible for operating motor coaches on long-distance routes connecting Richmond with Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York for both full-time and part-time positions. You will play a crucial role in transporting passengers over specified routes according to a set schedule and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Compensation

• Day Routes: $275/day
• Evening/Night Routes: $300/day

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate motor coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring on-time performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and hours.

Requirements:

• Must have at least a Commercial Class B License (CDL) with passenger endorsement, air brake, and a valid Medical DOT certification.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in transporting passengers commercially, preferably with motor coaches.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
