We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to nurturing young children and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a nurturing environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote child development.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers regarding children's progress and needs.
• Track daily activities and adhere to all rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support each other and ensure a positive atmosphere.

• 5+ years of experience in an infant/toddler room.
• Loving and nurturing personality with a focus on child safety and support.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the specific needs of infants.
• Patience, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including feeding, changing, and engaging in activities.
• Excellent communication skills with both coworkers and parents.
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of infant care, including diaper changes.
• A fun-loving attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with children through songs, art, reading and play.
