Responsibilities

• Care for toddlers in a safe and loving environment.
• Support potty training and teach important hygiene practices.
• Assist with language development through age-appropriate activities and communication.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and behavior.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and understanding in working with young children.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler Certification required.
• Previous experience working with toddlers preferred.
• Ability to work with children with patience, kindness, and understanding.
