Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders.
  • Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.
  • Collaborate and supervise mid-level providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.

Requirements
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
  • Active or eligible medical license in the State that you are applying to.
  • Experience or strong interest in both inpatient and outpatient settings in addiction treatment.
  • Strong leadership and teaching skills, with a collaborative approach to care.
  • Previous experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.

RRPA requires a detailed background check and drug screen for employment.
