About the Role
We are looking for a Designer to elevate the design, production, and scalability of our value-based Go-To-Market (GTM) function. This role will be instrumental in developing standardized, visually compelling assets that support customer engagements, internal enablement, and the design of digital tools such as discovery guides and ROI modeling applications.
As part of the GTM team, you will drive content creation, automation, and asset management, ensuring our materials maintain the highest quality and efficiency at scale. Your work will directly impact our ability to engage customers, empower sales teams, and differentiate CloudBees through best-in-class visual and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintenance of customer-facing standardized templates
- Collaborate with the GTM team to design high-quality, visually engaging customer deliverables (ROI reports, business cases, executive presentations, and strategy documents)
- Lead the design and user experience (UX/UI) for web-based discovery tools, ROI calculators, and interactive resources
- Develop a structured Bill of Materials (BoM) for design assets, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement for content library & strategy
- Produce sales enablement materials including infographics, one-pagers, interactive PDFs, and pitch decks
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in design, ideally in a B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or consulting environment
- Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and digital content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar)
- Expertise in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc…)
- Experience designing interactive tools, web-based calculators, and scalable customer-facing applications
- Strong understanding of automation, asset management, and workflows
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools to create motion graphics, video, and imagery/photography
- Familiarity with content strategy, library management best practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
