Description

Position Overview:

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced IT Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs that support enterprise application solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting research, designing training materials, and facilitating instructor-led courses, workshops, and seminars. This role requires expertise in training program development, instructional materials preparation, and technical adaptation of business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and business processes.

• Prepare training catalogs, course outlines, instructor guides, and background materials.

• Develop student materials, including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and critique forms.

• Deliver formal classroom training, workshops, and seminars to educate personnel on enterprise IT systems and processes.

• Adapt functional business requirements to technical solutions using enterprise application platforms.

• Provide hands-on instruction and real-world examples to enhance user learning and engagement.

• Assess training effectiveness through student feedback, evaluations, and performance tracking.

• Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and instructional methodologies.


Requirements

 Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.

• Proven ability to develop, design, and conduct IT training programs.

• Experience with enterprise applications, business process adaptation, and training program management.


Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.
  • Relevant IT Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing and delivering ServiceNow, ERP, or cloud-based application training.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITSM frameworks, and enterprise software implementation.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex IT concepts.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
